Ashley Townley, 25, of The Grange, Hinton Waldrist, near Faringdon, admitted speeding at 46mph in a 30mph zone on the A4074 at Nuneham Courtenay on August 23. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given three points on his driving licence.

Elizabeth Wells, 30, of Pampas Close, Carterton, admitted speeding at 51mph in a 30mph zone in Witney Road, Standlake, on October 30. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six points on her driving licence.

Tommy Butler, 22, of Gillett Close, Banbury, admitted remaining in or entering premises in Gillett Close, Banbury, on May 22 in contravention of a closure order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on May 15. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Joanne McClements, 38, of Evenlode, Banbury, admitted stealing tools from B&Q in Banbury on May 19. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £40 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Daniel Timbrell, 26, of Mill Street, Wantage, admitted drink-driving in Peregrine Way, Bicester, on May 16. Had 94 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a two-year driving ban and told to pay a £325 fine, a £33 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £100 criminal courts charge.

Christopher Winter, 50, of Dudgeon Drive, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on the A34 at Weston-on-the-Green, near Bicester, on February 21. Had 99mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mg. Given a 12-month driving ban and fined £600 and told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Tessa Stephens, 20, of St John’s Way, Hempton, near Bicester, admitted driving while unfit through drugs, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance in Ferriston, Banbury, on May 5. Also admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Banbury Police Station, Warwick Road, Banbury, and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent from The Red Lion, Market Place, Deddington, on the same date. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence made on March 4 by Banbury magistrates and failing to surrender to Banbury Magistrates’ Court on May 29. Committed to a young offenders institution for 42 weeks because of her persistent similar offending and the fact that she was subject to a suspended sentence.

Danny Maher, 27, of Oxford Road, Banbury, was convicted of harassment without violence between July 11 and January 6 in Oxford Road, Banbury, by approaching his victim and making unwanted contact through calls and social media. Given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 24 months because it was a sustained course of harassment and because of his previous record. Must carry out 140 hours of unpaid work. Also made subject to a restraining order banning contact with his victim and told to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £800 costs.

Tammy Legg, 29, of North Street, Fritwell, near Bicester, admitted drink-driving and driving without insurance in High Street, Banbury, on April 24. Had 69 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Also admitted possessing 1.44g of mephedrone, a class B drug, on April 24. Given an 18-month driving ban and told to pay a £110 fine, a £20 victims’ surcharge, £40 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Also given a 12-month conditional discharge for the drugs offence.

Jack Morton, 23, of Beanhill Close, Ducklington, near Witney, admitted inflicting grievous bodily harm in Market Square, Witney, on February 8. Community order made with 240-hour unpaid work requirement and told to pay £1,000 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Paul Hollingworth, 28, of Calthorpe Road, Banbury, admitted driving in excess of 30mph in Nantwich Road, Alpraham, Cheshire, on November 2. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six points on his driving licence.

Vitor Carvalho, 34, of Joggers Close, Banbury, admitted failing without a reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Birmingham magistrates on February 23. Fined £85 and told to pay a £100 criminal courts charge.

Megan Turvey, 19 of Oxford Road, Banbury, admitted failing without a reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Banbury magistrates on January 30 by failing to do unpaid work. Fined £20 and told to pay a £100 criminal courts charge.

Gregor Zemlik, 40, of no fixed address, admitted failing to without a reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Banbury magistrates on July 25. Fined £50 and told to pay a £100 criminal courts charge.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

Karl Southey, 18, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting Jade Southey by beating her in Parsons Mead, Abingdon, on May 24. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Anthony Walker, 29, of Bullingdon Prison, Arncott, admitted driving in Blagdon Road near Reading, without a licence or valid insurance on September 10. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for six months.

John Hartless, 31, of Marina Way, Abingdon, admitted speeding at 55mph in a 30mph zone in Ock Street, Abingdon, on November 5. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Matthew Moody, 23, of York Close, Bicester, admitted speeding at 73mph in a 40mph zone in Bicester Road, Kingswood, Buckinghamshire, on November 8. Fined £310 and ordered to pay a £31 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 10 days.

Ciaran Vinten, 19, of Sherwood Place, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence in Chalgrove High Street, on December 6. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Linda Fawcett, 48, of Milton Road, Drayton near Abingdon, was convicted of speeding above the 30mph speed limit at Lamborough Hill, Wootton, near Abingdon, on August 10. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Paul Malcher, 48, of Timms Road, Banbury, admitted using a mobile phone while driving in White Post Road, Bodicote, Banbury, on October 27. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Moeketsi Peane, 31, of Herschel Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of driving on the A4074 at Crowmarsh Gifford, near Wallingford, without a driving licence or valid insurance on December 7. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with eight points.

Olga Peros, 72, of Stanton Harcourt Road, Eynsham, was convicted of driving in Bayswater Road, Barton, Oxford, without a licence, and speeding at 40mph over the 30mph speed limit on November 9. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Hughes Munyaradzi Rufungura, 39, of Fettiplace Road, Headington, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence in Cowley Road, Oxford, on June 28. Fined £70 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

Caroline Smith, 48, of Wantage Road, Didcot, was convicted of driving in Sandringham Road, Didcot, without insurance on November 28. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Elliott Harper, 20, of Redbridge Hollow, Old Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted making off without paying £57.23 from Summit Service Station in Thame Road, Stadhampton, on February 13. Given a community order requiring him to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and ordered to pay £57.23 compensation.

Peter Lestyan, 28, of Helen Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Park End Street, Oxford, on April 25. Had 63 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, over the 35 micrograms legal limit. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a £40 victims’ surcharge, a £150 criminal courts charge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.

Dean Russell, 29, of The Park, Harwell, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place, Broadway, Didcot, on May 23. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Tomis Urbstavicius, 39, of Summer Way, Didcot, admitted drink-driving in Marston Street, Oxford, on May 24. Had 77 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £260 and ordered to pay a £26 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.

Alexander Jones, 18, of Fane Drive, Berinsfield, near Wallingford, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Oxford on February 15, and wilfully obstructing a police constable in the course of his duty on the same day. Fined £75 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Salman Khan, 32, of Gaisford Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on October 31, 2013, by failing to attend an initial assessment interview on November 12 with Thames Valley Police. Ordered to carry out 180 hours of work and pay £50 costs.
