Court appearance is due in rape case
A man accused of raping a woman in a flat in Headington is due to appear in Oxford Crown Court today.
Catalin Horhota, of no fixed address, faces charges of rape and attempted rape on September 20 last year.
He also faces two further charges of sexual assault in South Park, East Oxford, on September 21 last year.
The 41-year-old is also accused of a burglary in Morrell Avenue, Headington, on September 18.
Horhota is in custody and has not yet entered pleas.
