Man punched in Cowley during an attempted robbery
A MAN was punched in Cowley during an attempted robbery, police said.
Officers said the 20-year-old was attacked in Havelock Road at about 5.30pm on Monday.

A man approached the victim and tried to grab his mobile phone out of his hand, but did not manage to steal anything.
The attacker then punched the victim before walking in the direction of the John Allen Centre.
He is described as white, about 6ft 2ins, of average build, in his early to mid 20s.
He was wearing a black hooded top, a black scarf covering his mouth, jeans and white trainers.
