ANDREW Main has admitted starting a number of fires in South Oxfordshire including at the district council offices.
The 47-year-old of Rokemarsh near Wallingford appeared at Oxford Crown Court this morning and pleaded guilty to four counts of arson with intent to endanger life.

Main pleaded not guilty to a charge of arson with intent to endanger life.
He will appear at the same court on May 29 after a further psychiatric report was ordered by Judge Ian Pringle.
