Robert Bedford, 63, of Glyme Court, Langford Lane, Kidlington, convicted of speeding at 51mph in a 30mph zone in Middleton Stoney Road, Bicester, on August 23. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Sean Conroy, 35, of Kimmeridge Road, Cumnor, convicted of speeding at 32mph in a 20mph zone in Morrell Avenue, Oxford, on August 22. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

Jason Dillon, 42, of Warburg Crescent, Oxford, admitted speeding at 32mph in a 20mph zone in St Giles, Oxford, on August 21. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Simon Salaman, 23, of John Mason Road, Abingdon, admitted driving without a licence in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on September 15. Fined £140 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Ian MacDonagh, 40, of Northampton Road, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol and food worth £96.62 from a shop in Oxford on February 13. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs.

Daniel Harrison, 19, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a packet of beef worth £40 from Marks & Spencer in Cowley on January 7. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to an 18-month conditional discharge imposed in November 2013 for criminal damage. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £40 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge.

Malcolm Morton, 67, of Underhill Circus, Headington, convicted of failing to provide information to police which could identify a driver suspected of a motoring offence in Banbury between August 2 and August 30, 2013. Fined £165 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

Peter Oxley, 54, of Hill Top Road, Oxford, admitted speeding at 40mph in a 20mph zone on Morrell Avenue, Oxford, on July 10. Fined £180 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with five points.

Simon Topley, 34, of The Ridgeway, Nettlebed, near Wallingford, admitted speeding at 116mph in a 60mph zone on the A4074 near Dorchester on July 31. Fined £400, ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs and banned from driving for 45 days.

Arthur Ganga, 41, of Swan Lane, Faringdon, admitted drink-driving in Market Place, Witney, on April 5. Had 60 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 17-month driving ban and fined told to pay a £550 fine, a £55 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Lucia Revtakova, 32, of Hollow Way, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a police cell on April 4 at Abingdon Police Station in Colwell Drive, Abingdon. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay £65 compensation, a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jordan Johnson, 24, of Railway Lane, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to five windows belonging to Oxfordshire County Council in Northfield Close, Oxford, on March 1. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £250 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge.

Daniel Knapp, 27, of High Street, Didcot, admitted intentionally touching a woman aged 16 or over sexually without her consent on Broadway, Didcot, on November 7. Given a 24-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months because it was a sustained drunken attack that caused psychological harm. Told to pay £500 compensation, an £80 victim surcharge and £500 costs.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES

Luke Day, 31, of Canterbury Close, Banbury, admitted stealing two DVDs worth £39.98 from WH Smith in Banbury on March 21. Also admitted being drunk and disorderly in Castle Street, Banbury, on March 27 and . Also admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty in Cherwell Street, Banbury, on the same day. Also admitted being drunk and disorderly in Bridge Street, Banbury, on March 30. Given a six-week jail sentence suspended for six months and. Also ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge.

Miroslaw Lukomski, 37, of Churchill Road, Bicester, admitted drink-driving in Calthorpe Street, Banbury, on April 5. Had 75 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 20-month driving ban and fined £400. Also ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Craig Simms, 45, of The Spinneys, Enstone, admitted drink-driving in Chipperfield Park Road, Bloxham, on April 2. Had 105 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 26-month driving ban and fined £850. Also ordered to pay a £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Marcell Villalobos, 27, of Kings Road, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on the M40, Banbury, on April 4. Had 42 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 12-month driving ban and fined £110. Also ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Paul Wheeler, 38, of Newland Place, Banbury, admitted stealing three bottles of wine worth £16.12 from a Tesco store in Banbury on April 5. Given a 24-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Oluseyi Adekola, 37, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, admitted stealing £2,859 from Euro Car Parks in Bicester between March 1, 2014, and April 5, 2015. Given a community order to complete 180 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £2,859 in compensation and £100 in costs.
