David James, 55, of Foundry Street, Banbury, admitted stealing meat from a Co-operative Food store in Longlands Way, Banbury on December 7. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victim’s surcharge and £35 costs.

John Agnew, 61, of O’Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Speedwell Street, Oxford, on February 20. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for being drunk and disorderly made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on January 28. Fined £140 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Paul Scudder, 34, of no fixed address, admitted possessing 110 tablets of diazepam, a class C drug, in St Clement’s Street, Oxford, on October 15. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

Rhys Phillips, 31, of Godfrey Close, Wood Farm, Headington, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Great Clarendon Street, Oxford, on February 26. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge made on September 16 at Oxford Magistrates’ Court for possessing cannabis. Fined £125 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.

Amine Elbaghdadi, 23, of York Road, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Chapel Street, Oxford, on January 10. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

John Kay, 23, of The Star Inn, Sparsholt, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and causing criminal damage to a pipe in Wallingford Street, Wantage, on March 11. Fined £300 and told to pay £85 costs and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Adrian Thompson, 46, of Complins Close, Oxford, admitted two counts of exposure by exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress in Lathbury Road, Oxford, on November 27 and November 22. Community order made with sex offender treatment programme requirement for 63 days and three-year supervision requirement. Also told to pay £300 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Aysar Mahmoud, 48, of Moorbank, Oxford, admitted failing to inform the authorities that he had transferred ownership of a vehicle to another person in Banbury on May 10. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims' surcharge and £80 costs.

Terence Hanks, 34, of Paradise Square, Oxford, admitted stealing meat worth £150 from a Co-operative store in Oxford on August 29. Also admitted stealing meat worth £46.20 from a Tesco Express in Oxford on October 3. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a total of £96.20 compensation.

Satu Harmaala, 44, of Beverley Close, Abingdon, convicted of failing to give information about the identification of a driver suspected to have committed a motoring offence when asked by police between July 21 and August 18 in Banbury. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a £60 victims' surcharge and £85 costs.

Michael Wilson, 32, of Tawney Street, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Iffley Road, Oxford, on January 31. Fined £75 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Shwan Ardalan, 23, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting two men by beating them at Catte Street in Oxford on March 13. Given a community order requiring 200 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Nathan Cargill, 33, of Gainsborough Green, Abingdon, admitted criminally damaging a door at a house in Abingdon on March 11. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Alexander Colman, 30, of Watery Lane in Clifton Hampden, near Abingdon admitted drink-driving on Cowley Road, Oxford, on March 12. Had 59 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.

Steven Dowell, 47, of Marlborough Street, Faringdon, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Marlborough Street on February 19. Fined £73 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Luke Jarvis, 25, of Midget Close, Abingdon, admitted stealing eight cans of Special Brew worth £15 from Waitrose in Abingdon and two bottles of wine worth £13.98 from Bury Street Co-op in Abingdon on January 18. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £13.98 compensation to Co-op and £85 costs.

Steven East, 29, of Weyland Road, Headington, admitted driving whilst disqualified and without insurance on Oxford Eastern Bypass on March 13. Also admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, and cocaine, a class A, on the same date. Given a community order and ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Rashaun Stoute, 21, of Field Avenue, Oxford, admitted driving his motorcycle without due care and attention, without a licence and without insurance on Oxford Eastern Bypass on November 1. Banned from driving for six months, fined £500, and ordered to pay £300 costs, £150 compensation and a £30 victims’ surcharge.
