Jon O'Neill resigns with immediate effect as Caversfield ward councillor
Councillor Jon O’Neill has resigned from Cherwell District Council.
The council announced his resignation, which is with immediate effect, today.
Caversfield ward could now see a by-election, providing two electors request it.
If the election is contested, a poll will take place on May 7, 2015.
