A 13-year-old girl was indecently assaulted in an Abingdon recreation ground.
Thames Valley Police said the incident took place between 4pm and 4.10pm on Wednesday on the footpath through Caldecott Recreation Ground, off Blacknell Road.
Officers said the attacker grabbed the victim’s wrist as he walked past her before forcing her to touch him inappropriately.
They said the victim pushed the offender away and escaped through a gap in the fence leading on to Caldecott Road and towards Turberville Close.
Police believe the offender is white, about 16 to 17-years-old, of slim build and about 5ft 5ins.
He was wearing a pink long-sleeved hooded top with the hood pulled up.
