Crash involving a car and van blocks Cowley roundabout
AN ACCIDENT has blocked one lane of the roundabout near the B480 Garsington Road, Cowley.
Lane one of three is blocked after the incident involving a car and a van at the Cowley junction, near Tesco.
There are reports the roundabout needs to be completely blocked later this morning for recovery work to take place.
