A MAN has been reported missing from Oxford.

David Hollingdale – also known as Henry - was last seen near Warneford Hospital at about 6pm on Saturday.

He was not reported missing to the police until 9pm yesterday.

The 43-year-old had spoken about going to London. Police in the capital have been informed.

Mr Hollingdale is described as white, slim, about 6ft, with short straight mousey/brown hair, but it not known what clothes he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.

Police spokesman James Williams refuesed to confirm whether or not Mr Hollingdale was a patient at Warneford Hospital, citing "data protection" as a reason.

Insp Roni Koshi said: “I would appeal to anyone who has any information about the whereabouts of David, who is also known as Henry, to contact police immediately via 101.

“David, if you are reading this then please contact police so we know you are safe.”

If you have any information call police on 101.
