'Broken down car' on Worcester Street blamed for Oxford city traffic congestion
TRAFFIC is at a standstill in Oxford, stemming from what is reported to be car stuck in the middle of the city.
A car is reportedly parked in the middle of Worcester Street, with traffic having to make its way round the vehicle.
Police confirmed they were at the scene to attend to "broken-down vehicle" after being called at about 9.24am.
Traffic reports show congestion tailing into North Oxford, mainly along Banbury Road.
