A man given anti-social behaviour order (Asbo) for dropping banknotes and coins has been charged with breaching his order.
Stuart McGhie, 45, was arrested on November 2 over alleged breaches by dropping banknotes from June 1 to August 31 in Abingdon.
He was charged on Thursday with three breaches of the order and appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court that day. He will go for trial on January 2.
McGhie, Bargus Close in Steventon, was given an order in 2002 that bans him from placing or allowing to fall to the ground any banknote or coins in his possession.
