A pedestrian who suffered serious leg injuries in a collision with a car is still in hospital, police said today.

The man, 49, was in an accident with a silver Ford Mondeo on the A44 near the junction with the B4437, near Woodstock at 8am on Monday.

Thames Valley Police spokeswoman Connie Primmer said the force is looking for witnesses and that the driver has “already been spoken to”.
