DRIVERS are being delayed by a broken down lorry on the Oxford ring road.
The car transporter is expected to be stuck on the Eastern by-pass road, near the Littlemore roundabout, for up to 90 minutes.
One lane is closed between Sandy Lane West and the A4158 Oxford Road.
There were initial reports by Stagecoachthat the lorry was on fire but it is believed the vehicle has just broken down.
