A 19-YEAR-OLD man has been charged over a fatal collision that killed schoolgirl Liberty Baker, 14.
Robert Blackwell, of Hayway Lane, Weald, Bampton, was charged today with causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Liberty, of Thorney Leys in Witney, died following a crash while walking to school in Curbridge Road on June 30.
Two other 14-year-old girls, who attended Henry Box School with Liberty, and a man were also injured.
