EVIL queen Cissy Fagbutt, played by Kevin Hayes, was part of a Stoptober pantomime by stop smoking service Smokefree Life Oxfordshire at Templars Square Shopping Centre in Cowley yesterday.
Mr Hayes said: “We did very well yesterday, people really embraced the Stoptober spirit.”
