DRIVERS are facing delays of up to 15 minutes this morning due to heavy traffic.

On the A34 northbound, between the A415 and A423 junctions, motorists could be delayed for up to 15 minutes.

Normal traffic conditions are expected to resume from 9.15am. 

There are also delays of 10 minutes on the M40 southbound, at the exit slip road of junction nine at Bicester, due to road works.
