Man hurt in tree crash near Steeple Aston

A road was blocked yesterday after a car came off the road and drove into a tree.

One man was taken to hospital after the incident at Oxford Road’s junction with the B4030, near Steeple Aston.

Ambulance spokeswoman Michelle Archer said the man, in his thirties, was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. His injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.
