A man accused of raping a 15-year-old girl has had the charges against him dropped.
Perry Griffith, of Newland, Witney, was due to appear in Oxford Crown Court for a trial yesterday, but the Crown Prosecution Service has now discontinued his case.
The 23-year-old denied one count of raping a teenager in Carterton on September 21.
