Botley Road sewer repair work finishes five days early

Oxford Mail: The roadworks are finished The roadworks are finished

WORK to repair sewers in Oxford's Botley Road has finished five days early.

Temporary traffic lights have been operating since Tuesday and motorists faced delays as a result.

They were due to be in place until Friday but yesterday workers finished the repairs and the road was cleared.

A spokeswoman for Thames Water said they always prepare for the worst case scenario and they were pleased it was done earlier than expected.

It was not finished five days early. They always say it will take longer than they mean so it makes them look good when they finish when they should or a dear or two late. Also why did it take them two days to realise the lights at Abbey Road was causing most of the trouble???? Because they have no idea what they are doing.
