BOSSES and workers at a motorcycle accessory firm were celebrating last night after winning the Oxfordshire Business of the Year title.
Oxford Products claimed the overall title at the awards held at the Four Pillars Hotel, Sandford-on-Thames, and managing director Andrew Hammond was voted Business Person of the Year.
The awards follow the recent expansion of the firm which last month saw Prime Minister David Cameron officially open its new 100,000sq ft head office in Witney.
Other winners included electrical contractors Darke & Taylor of Kidlington (Large Business); Harwell-based hi-tech firm Oxford Space Systems (New Business); bespoke travel operator Audley Travel of Witney (Employer of the Year) and Airbus Helicopters of Oxford Airport, Kidlington (Apprenticeship of the Year).
Five-hundred people attended the awards ceremony which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year and is the highlight of the Oxfordshire business calendar.
