Californian singer-songwriter and instrumentalist Andrew WK, right, will appear at Oxford Union tonight.

His lecture on The Philosophy of Partying, will focus on “positive power and celebratory self-confidence”.

He was invited to speak by musician Nick ‘Growler’ Fowler of the Oxford band The Dreaming Spires, who works in the in the Humanities Division at Oxford University.
