AN antiques dealer who died in a crash in Swindon was a former worker at the Mini Plant in Cowley.
Father-of-two Paul Winters, 33, originally from Kidlington, died after the red Nissan he was a passenger in was involved in a collision with a blue Astra in Thamesdown Drive, in the town, on Sunday.
His dad Peter, 61, a grandfather-of-12, was driving and was yesterday still in intensive care at Southmead Hospital in Bristol.
It is believed they were travelling between car boot sales looking for goods at the time of the crash.
Paul Winters, who had two children, Joseph, two, and five-month-old Maggie with his partner Amy, lived in Kidlington for most of his life in Lock Crescent and Benmead Road, before moving to Swindon a year ago. His mum Carol still lives in the village.
The former Gosford Hill School pupil previously worked at Ralph Lauren in Bicester Village shopping centre and was a factory worker at BMW Cowley before starting his own antiques dealing business.
A 23-year-old Swindon man has been bailed over the crash, while a Bristol man, 26, was released without charge.
