And also 'now showing' are your local City Council Candidates, in the run-up to elections in May - with possibly only worse 'audience' participation figures than Eurovision Song Contest? At least 'Lewis' attracts people to Oxford and makes people want to open their doors to good entertainment, instead of Council Candidates who we have never seen for the previous four years since last elected, or people we have never seen or heard of before in our Wards and Divisions! Yes, Lewis certainly gets my vote - and a tv licence is a lot cheaper than Council Tax!

On a related note: the 'Endeavour' series has been fantastic and was obviously left on a cliff-hanger - has a new series been made for this yet?

Dear King Joke, I'd be happy to answer your question, but unfortunately I've just been murdered in mysterious circumstances by no fewer than three Emeritus Professors of Sanskrit. Happens all the time in this wretched city, I find.

No, no, no - it was one of the scouts, aided by the domestic bursar, of whom she was the illegitimate love-child. It's almost as interesting as what happened to DCI Thursday during the war.
