SCRIPTWRITER Paul Mayhew-Archer has a wonderful sense of humour as fans of The Vicar of Dibley know only too well.
But now he is having to grin and bear it after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease.
Not surprisingly, Mr Mayhew-Archer is refusing to get down following the diagnosis and has taken up ballet to combat symptoms as he continues with his writing career.
Mr Mayhew-Archer has been quite frank about Parkinson’s debilitating effects, but his positive attitude and determination to carry on will undoubtedly inspire others.
