THE air ambulance was called to Ramsden, near Witney, earlier this afternoon after three cars were involved in an accident.

One person had to be cut out of their car, but police are saying that there were no serious injuries. There is no information currently about whether anyone was taken to hospital.

Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene at around 2.40pm.

The crash took place on Witney Road, between Witney and Charlbury, and the road was blocked for more than an hour.
