EARTH Trust Farm in Little Wittenham has welcomed the arrival of spring as lambing season gets in full flow.
Dan Marriott, of Little Wittenham Lamb farm, has been delivering the newborns.
Military wife Louise Davidson, 39, whose husband is stationed at RAF Benson, took her children Flora, four, and twins Alice and Evan, two, to see them. She said: “The children had all been ill, so we needed some fresh air. My daughters love animals, Alice is like a little Doctor Dolittle.
“They absolutely loved it. We went back to the sheep shed three times.”
Flora said: “I liked the new sheep. My favourite was the brown one with big ears.”
Lambing will continue at the farm this Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
