COMMENT: Academy can make a huge difference
OXFORD is a city steeped in history. It is also a city at the heart of the modern world.
One unheralded example of this is the Major Projects Leadership Academy at the Said Business School.
The course trains up civil servants to run £350bn worth of Government projects.
Such schemes often get flak for being behind-time and over budget.
Hopefully, the academy will make a striking difference to the way these huge schemes are run.
