A violent outburst has broken out in the dock at the Old Bailey during the sentencing of Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale for the murder of soldier Lee Rigby as both men shouted at Mr Justice Sweeney in protest at his remarks and were pinned to the ground by several security guards.
