Toys were all a flutter in Abingdon this half-term as the County Hall Museum hosted a special drop-in session.
Families flocked to the ‘things that move’ session, which took place at the museum in Abingdon-on-Thames on Wednesday.
Eliza Jarvis, six, demonstrated her home-made mobile with mum Georgina at the event.
The packed-out session focused on how to use simple materials and craft techniques to create moving toys.
The museum also hosted a cracking crystals event on Thursday.
On Saturday, March 22, the museum will be hosting a Diamonds Dazzle event.
A team from Diamond Light Source will explore some of the exciting features of science with light during the Oxfordshire Science Festival.
