A THIRD man will stand trial as part of a rape, sexual assault and perverting the course of justice case later this year.
Mustafa Ahmed, of Harrow Road, London, appeared yesterday at Oxford Crown Court and denied carrying out a rape and a sexual assault in 2011.
The 26-year-old will stand trial together with Bilal Ahmed, 27, and 28-year-old Zeeshan Ahmed on May 19 this year.
Bilal, of Suffolk Road, Maidenhead, denies raping one teenage girl and sexually abusing another in 2011.
Zeeshan, of Palmer Road, Wood Farm, Oxford, has pleaded not guilty to two counts of perverting the course of justice in relation to the two girls.
Bilal was released on bail and Zeeshan and Mustafa are in custody.
