  • Anibal Ferreira Jr, 47, of Dene Road, Headington, Oxford, admitted driving without insurance on January 4 in High Street, Witney. Given an absolute discharge and six points on driving licence.
  • Jake Orwa, 20, of The Fairway, Banbury, admitted causing criminal damage worth £1,000 to a glass panel at The Master Kebab House in Banbury on December 15. Fined £110 and told to pay £520 compensation and £85 costs.
  • Stephen Rushmer, 49, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly at the Porch Steppin’ Stone Centre in Magdalen Road, Oxford, on January 3. Fined £50 and told to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge.
  • Timothy Reynolds, 52, of Heath Lane, Bladon, near Woodstock, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Banbury Police Station, Warwick Road, Banbury, on September 8. Fined £160 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £250 costs. Given a three-year driving ban.
  • Paul Armstrong, 33, of Minchery Road, Oxford, admitted two breaches of a non-molestation order on January 3 and January 4 in Chillingworth Crescent, Oxford, by communicating with someone he was banned from communicating with by an order made on December 24. Community order made with two-month curfew requirement and told to pay a £60 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Daniel Westlake, 20, of Marlborough Road, Oxford, admitted interfering with a motor vehicle in Duke Street, Oxford, between January 3 and January 4, and aggravated vehicle taking in Howard Street, Oxford, between December 22 and December 23. He also admitted committing a further offence while subject to an eight-week suspended sentence made on November 15 for theft. A total of 18 other offences admitted were taken into consideration. Given a 28-week prison sentence because of his record and because he had already been given a chance.
  • Geoffrey Cook, 24, of St George’s Road, Wallingford, admitted fishing without a licence at Hill Farm Lakes, Didcot, on June 30. Fined £85 and told to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge and £127 costs.
  • Neil Johnson, 42, of Hermitage Road, Abingdon, admitted fishing without a licence at Hill Farm Lakes, Didcot, on June 30. Fined £115 and told to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge and £127 costs.
  • Dale Norris, 24, of Blencowe Close, Bicester, admitted stealing two bottles of wine worth £14.48 from the Midcounties Co-operative in Templars Square, Cowley, on December 18. Fined £175 and told to pay £6.49 compensation, a £20 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Ehsan Hussain, 24, of St Mary’s Road, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Between Towns Road, Oxford, on November 8. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Frankie Hollingworth, 21, of East Street, Bicester, convicted of driving without a licence on April 24 and driving without insurance on April 23 in Garsington Road, Cowley, Oxford. Also admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in John Smith Drive, Cowley, on April 24 and failing to surrender to Oxford Magistrates’ Court on October 29. Fined £325 and told to pay a £22 victims’ surcharge and £150 costs. Given six points on driving licence.
  • Tahnee Horwood, 28, of Cherwell Avenue, Kidlington, admitted failing to give information which could identify a driver suspected of a driving offence at Abingdon Police Station between April 1 and April 29. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points Nigel Clark, 50, of Station Road, Wallingford, admitted driving a car without a valid licence or insurance on Shirburn Road, Watlington, on July 12. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge and £65 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.
  • Jonathan Cranston, 32, of Moreton-in-Marsh, admitted speeding above the 30mph limit in Middleton Stoney Road, Bicester, on July 14. Fined £280 and ordered to pay a £28 victim’s surcharge and £65 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.
  • Thomas Rafferty, 55, of Saxon Way, Witney, admitted failing to stop at a red light in London Road, Headington, Oxford, on May 21. Fined £60 and ordered to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge. Licence endorsed with three points.
  • Gary Taylor, 37, of Akeman Street, Combe, near Witney, admitted speeding above the 50mph limit on Woodstock Road, Yarnton, on June 2. Fined £40 and ordered to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge. Licence endorsed with three points.
  • Catherine Bradfield, 31, of Crabtree Lane, Drayton, near Abingdon, admitted riding in the front passenger seat of a car without a seat belt on Marcham Road, Abingdon, on July 10. Fined £10 and ordered to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge and £65 costs.
  • Claire Brown, 39, of Chiltern Crescent, Wallingford, admitted speeding above the 30mph limit on Wallingford Road, Cholsey, on July 25. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victim’s surcharge and £65 costs. Licence endorsed with five points.
  • Doris Easley, 76, of Fernhill Close, Tiddington, near Thame, admitted speeding above the 30mph limit on Thame Road, Little Milton, on July 30. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £20 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.
  • Samuel Delaney, 19, of Lains Court, Wolage Drive, Grove, admitted common assault in Faringdon on December 21. Community order made with a two-month curfew requirement. Told to pay £100 compensation, a £65 victim’s surcharge, and £85 costs.
  • Kerry Ethelston, 40, of Lydalls Road, Didcot, admitted drink-driving in Lydalls Road, Didcot on December 22. Had 88 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £250, a £25 victim’s surcharge, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.
  • Ali Rezaee, 25, of Maidcroft Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Cowley Road, Oxford on December 21. Had 57 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £240, a £24 victim’s surcharge, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.
  • Callum Storrar, 22, of Brunel Crescent, Grove, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Market Place, Wantage, on December 21. Also admitted possession of cannabis. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs.
  • Ricky Brackett, 33, of Nunnery Close, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, admitted shoplifting hair straighteners and a hair dryer worth £269.98 from Sally’s Hair and Beauty Salon in Littlemore on December 12. Sent to prison for one month.
  • Mark Oliver, 38, of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with a direction from a police officer to leave Cowley Road, Oxford, and not return within 16 hours on January 8. Fined £50 and a £20 victim’s surcharge.
  • Kieron Davis, 26, of Eton Close, Witney, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence in Park End Street, Oxford, on December 22. Fined £120, a £20 victim’s surcharge, and £85 costs.
