ARTISTS, writers, performers, filmmakers and musicians are invited to a council event to pitch for project funding.
It is the sixth CREATE event run by Oxford City Council.
Artists are asked to submit proposals in advance with a maximum of six selected to pitch at each event.
The city council doubles the donations made to the projects by supporters.
Councillor Bob Price, Leader of Oxford City Council, says: “This is a great project that has funded four arts projects during 2013 and given the winning groups the opportunity to expand and further their artistic work.
“The Culture Team at the Council will provide match funding for the total amount given by supporters.”
The event is at The Big Bang Restaurant, Oxford Castle Quarter on Thursday from 6.30pm until 10pm with pitches starting at 7pm.
Tickets include a free drink and a voting token.
