City councillors will tomorrow consider a critical report into consultation into the controversial student flats built on the edge of Port Meadow.

An independent review found consultation in Oxford University’s Castle Mill flats in Roger Dudman Way was “inadequate”.

Members of the west area planning committee will discuss the report when they meet at 6.30pm at Oxford Town Hall.
