A former Helen and Douglas House nurse will face allegations at a fitness to practice hearing today.
Lucy Hasker, who worked at the children’s hospice until 2012, is accused of an allegations that relate to failing to administer medication as prescribed to a patient.
In employment elsewhere, and not related to Helen and Douglas House, it is alleged that she kissed a patient on the lips and told them: “When you get back to the new house you’re going to get it” or words to that effect, and on another occasion “You have been naughty. I am on tonight and you are going to get it”, or words to that effect.
Today she will face a misconduct hearing at the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in London. The allegations relate to incidents between January 2009 and about March 2012.
