SPECTATORS at this pantomime would struggle to tell a lie about how good it was.
Cogges Manor Farm in Witney hosted a festive production of the classic tale of Pinocchio at the weekend.
Performances took place in the historic farm’s barn on Saturday, staged by M&M Productions. Jessica Knox, who played the eponymous wooden puppet, said: “It was great fun. I loved it.
“The audience was quite responsive and they were all clapping along and seemed to enjoy themselves.”
Pinocchio, written by Italian author Carlo Collodi and turned into a Disney cartoon, tells the tale of a wooden puppet who dreams of becoming a real boy. His nose famously grows when he tells lies.
