RUNNING is a good thing. And if you take part in the OX5 run next year, it is an even better thing.
Children with serious conditions benefit hugely from sums raised in the annual event at Blenheim Palace.

For the sake of getting a bit muddy and being a bit out of breath, taking part in the OX5 is a small price to pay.
Everyone of us who is able should think very seriously about taking part next year and help push the fundraising total over the £100,000 mark.
