THE story of Eddie the Mouse’s search for Christmas will entertain families in Didcot this year.

The children’s theatre production of The Night Before Christmas is to run at the town’s Cornerstone Arts Centre from Tuesday to Christmas Eve.

The show tells the story of a mouse who sets out to find out about Christmas after being thrown out of a house on Christmas Eve.

Actress Ammie MIddleton, who plays Eddie the Mouse, said the show would provide the town with some family Christmas fun.

She said: “It is a fun story about Eddie the Mouse trying to find a way to have Christmas.”

Miss Middleton said her character meets a robot and a fairy on his adventures, adding: “He learns that Christmas is for everyone.”

Tickets costs £14 or £9 for concessions.
