Paul Clarke, 31, of Barwood Court, Rotary Way, Banbury, admitted stealing cleaning products, paint and filler worth £139.73 from Halfords in Marley Way, Banbury, on August 9. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.
Adam Coles, 32, of Edmunds Road, Banbury, admitted causing £100 worth of damage to a kitchen door in Banbury on August 13. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence made on July 17 for common assault and possessing an air weapon. Given a four-week prison sentence.
Ashley Day, 28, of Miller Road, Banbury, admitted breaching a restraining order imposed on May 1 by harassment between July 30 and August 11 in Thornbury Rise, Banbury. Given a three-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and told to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Oliver Stevens, 30, of St Kenelm’s Close, Minster Lovell, near Witney, admitted causing criminal damage to a plate in St Kenelm’s Close, Minster Lovell, Witney, on August 9. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.
Sean Williams, 32, of McKeevor Place, Banbury, admitted assault by beating in Banbury on August 10. Fined £350 and told to pay a £35 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Carl Webster, 19, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, admitted using threatening, or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the sight or hearing of a person likely to be caused alarm or distress in Langdale Court, Witney, on July 26. Fined £165 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
Manoj Abraham, 35, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted dumping controlled waste near the A4260 in Shennington Village on May 2. Fined £200 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £502.06 costs.
Peter Kiriamburi, 47, of Mallard Close, Oxford, admitted speeding on a 30mph road on the A4074 in Nuneham Courtenay on December 7. Fined £133 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £80 costs. Given three points on driving licence.
