Elizabeth Ray, 48, of Partridge Court, Round Close Road, Adderbury, near Banbury, admitted being in charge of a motor vehicle while over the drink-drive limit in Oxford Road, Banbury, on June 13. Had 132mg of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107mg. Fined £110 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given 10 points on driving licence.

Mark West, 44, of Aldrich Road, Oxford, admitted possessing two wraps of amphetamine, a Class B drug, in Church Lane, Middle Barton, near Chipping Norton, on June 21. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Gazmir Dema, 32, of Little Leys, Charlbury, convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence in Bicester on December 30. Community order made with 60 hours of unpaid work and told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.

Gavin King, 36, of Main Road, Long Hanborough, near Witney, admitted stealing food worth £3.16 from Crescent Stores Spar Limited, in Brize Norton Road, Minster Lovell, near Witney, on May 20. Fined £30 and told to pay £3.16 compensation and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Andrew Tracey, 48, of Lambs Crescent, Banbury, admitted assault by beating in Banbury on June 11. Community order made with 100 hours of unpaid work and a 12-month supervision requirement. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Ashley Jeacock, 40, of Pembroke Way, Bicester, admitted allowing production or attempted production of cannabis, a Class B drug, in Pembroke Way, Bicester, on June 18. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Gordon Marshall, 40, of Pine Rise, Witney, admitted drink-driving in Station Lane, Witney, on May 22. Had 336mg of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107mg. Given an 18-month driving ban and fined £500. Told to pay a £50 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Lorenzo Mighty, 55, of Harlech Close, Banbury, admitted stealing meat worth £24 from Iceland in Calthorpe Street, Banbury, on July 21. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Joe Simmonds, 23, of Trinity Close, Bicester, admitted causing criminal damage to two windows and kicking a hole in a wooden gate in Hertford Close, Bicester, on July 21. Fined £75 and told to pay £100 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Caroline O’Connell, 34, of Padbury Drive, Banbury, admitted stealing three bottles of wine from Co-op in Middleton Road, Banbury, on June 30. Also admitted causing racially or religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress in Londis in Middleton Road, Banbury, on July 18. Community order made with eight-week curfew requirement and fined £40. Told to pay £15 compensation and a £60 victims’ surcharge.

Jacek Pawlowski, 53, of Pine Close, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Banbury Police Station, Warwick Road, Banbury, on April 23. Also admitted driving without insurance and driving without a licence in Banbury Hill, Charlbury, on the same date. Given a 12-week prison sentence and a 36-month driving ban.

Gavin Wiggins, 34, of Pumbro, Stonesfield, near Witney, admitted drink-driving on the A4260 on May 18. Had 83 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given 18-month driving ban and fined £100. Told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Robin Stewart, 30, of Bloxham Road, Milcombe, near Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on May 22 for stealing around £9,000 worth of cigarettes, tobacco and vouchers by failing to attend unpaid work on July 14. Given a six-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.

Zahid Khan, 33, of Brome Place, Headington, Oxford, convicted of speeding in Marston Road, Oxford, on January 24. Fined £400 and told to pay a £40 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six points on driving licence.

Darren Burke, 20, of Barretts Close, Stonesfield, near Witney, admitted taking a vehicle without the consent of its owner in Lodge Road, Long Hanborough, near Witney. Also admitted failing to surrender to Banbury Magistrates’ Court on August 2. Given a 12-month driving ban and community order made with 100 hours of unpaid work. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.

Patrick Forsythe, 57, of Church Street, Kidlington, admitted speeding on the B4027 on April 30. Given a 21-day driving ban and fined £750. Told to pay a £75 victims’ and £65 costs.

Amanda Fisher, 47, of Buckingham Road, Bicester, convicted of assault by beating in Bucknell Road, Bicester, on March 14. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and made subject to a restraining order. Told to pay £100 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £300 costs.
