Stow Maries: Pub named best in district
A Stow Maries pub has been named as the best in the Maldon district.
The Prince of Wales real ale pub, in Woodham Road, was picked as the top pub in the Maldon and Dengie area by members of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).
The pub was judged as the winner after members voted on customer service, value for money, decor, customer mix, atmosphere and the quality of the beer.
