AN inquest has been opened into the death of Imie Harrison who died after falling into a canal in Kidderminster.
The six-year-old, of Usmere Road, fell into the canal near to Lock 19 in Springfield Park on Tuesday, March 19.
She was taken to Birmingham Children's Hospital and died a short time after arrival.
The inquest has been opened and adjourned awaiting reports.
