OXFORD.
- Raphael Lamy, 20, of St Clement’s, Oxford, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm on January 29 at the Purple Turtle Union Bar, in Frewin Court, Oxford. Sentenced to four months in prison suspended for 12 months. Also given three-month curfew requirement and told to pay £300 compensation, £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
BANBURY.
- Jamie Pagett, 29, of Corndell Gardens, Witney, admitted assault by beating in Witney on December 13. Community order made with activity and supervision requirements. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.
- Ana Prata, 46, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Banbury Police Station on September 20. Community order made with a supervision requirement. Also admitted assaulting Pc Kelly Thorogood-Gates in the execution of her duty in Upper Heyford on September 20. Told to do 200 hours of unpaid community work, pay £100 compensation and £450 costs. Banned from driving for 36 months.
