Arts fans join forces to give support

ARTS fans will get together and pump money into the city’s creative talents.
Oxford’s artists, writers, performers, filmmakers and musicians are being invited to a new collaborative event called Create.
The event, on March 28 from 5pm, is inspired by a Bristol based group called The Collect, which runs a series of Spoon Fed events, where supporters of cultural organisations and groups donate a small amount of money to a funding pot and vote for the best project.
The event will be held at The Jam Factory, Hollybush Row, with the deadline for pitch proposals on Tuesday, March 19.
