PLANT hunters from a West Oxfordshire school have helped to develop an explorer’s pack for visitors to Oxford’s Botanic Garden.

Year Six pupils from St Kenelm's CofE School, in Minster Lovell, helped devise a family activity backpack for the University of Oxford garden.

They include an Indiana Jones-style hat, a map of the garden and illustrations. Imagen Nichol, 11, said: “I was amazed and delighted that our school got picked to make the backpacks out of many different schools.

“We had so much fun making them.”
