County representatives have given keynote speeches at a conference on unreported abuse of vulnerable people.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) hosted the Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults conference in Aylesbury on Wednesday.

Members of the multi-agency Oxfordshire Safeguarding Board Kathy Norman and Sue Bishop spoke on the county’s approach to dealing with vulnerable adult abuse.

The event was to highlight how Oxfordshire County Council and its Thames Valley county and district council partners, police, and the CPS could work together.
