A 43-YEAR-OLD Oxfordshire man has been jailed for life for sexually abusing children.
Mark Quinn, of Hamfield, Wantage, admitted 13 sexual offences, including charges of rape and attempted rape.
The crimes happened in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North Wales, said police.
Det Sgt Richard Woodley said: "This has been one of the most complex and disturbing child abuse and rape cases in recent years.
"Public safety has been the over-riding priority in this case."
A judge at Aylesbury Crown Court said yesterday that Quinn must spend seven years in prison before he can apply for parole.
