I suppose if 2 brothers who got in a fight in George st,which had absolutely nothing to do with football,get a banning order,because 8 hours earlier they had attended a football match,then anything is possible!

Also he was jailed on the 26th of February,that would be a week last Tuesday.

Like most stories in the OM, the information came from a press release. It took a week for British Transport Police to release the details and photograph. .

48 years old. What a sad bloke. He can look forward to a future of being in and out of hospital. His mum must feel her hours of labour were an awful waste of time.

Lord...whatever your name is! You don't have a clue about this man, never walked an inch in his shoes so how can you ever make a comment about how his mother feels about him?? What if his mother isn't alive??? Sad man you are to comment on a person when you have absolutely no idea his situation!! Your life must be really fulfilled!!!
And further more, it makes me sick to see that the court can lock up a man for shouting on a train but a man can beat up his daughters mother in her home in front of his daughter and terrorize the both of them and he can't even get remanded until the court date!!! ABSOLUTELY NO JUSTICE IN THIS COUNTRY WHATSOEVER!!!

"no idea his situation" isn't it that he's a drunk who kicks off? Since his mum is, you say, dead, then God rest her soul, happy that it is she shall not read about what she brought into the world.

His mum isn't dead, I was just stating what if she wasn't here? Instead she has to read things like this about her son when it is far from the truth and then some stuck up moron thinks its appropriate to add his comment because he has absolutely nothing better to do!!! And NO he isn't just "a drunk that kicks off". Don't judge people when you have never met them, or spoken to them! And who said anything about my life??? That's what makes me laugh about people like you, you read a little caption and think you know it all!!! I was clearly stating you do not know the man!!! So how can you comment on his mother of how she would feel about him!!! As it happens I've known him my whole life so what you say about him will not change the opinions of people who know him! Like I said, get a life and stop putting people down when you have NO idea about them.

All I can say is that if you are this man's 'friend' and your joint attitudes are of a similar ilk, then I am not surprised at his behaviour. I suppose you might be next to join him inside or subject to ASBO if you carry on like this.
