Primary school closed for two months for emergency roof repairs

AN Oxfordshire primary school has been closed for eight weeks of emergency roof repairs.

Pupils at Wooton-by-Woodstock Primary School have been moved out of the facility.

A split was found in one of the beams holding up the roof in the listed building.

Children have not been attending lessons since Monday of this week.

From next Monday they will be taught at nearby Marlborough School, in a separate area cordoned off from secondary school students.
