Man threatening to jump from Westgate car park

A MAN is threatening to leap from the Westgate car park this morning, police have confirmed.
Roads around the car park are cordoned off while officers deal with the incident, including Speedwell Street and Castle Street, a spokeswoman said.
She added police were concerned for the man's welfare.
